Texas State University 

Nutritionist for university wellness program: Provided evidence-based nutrition counseling, online cooking classes, and educational presentations to university employees under dietitian supervision. Conducted individual counseling sessions for 11 clients using motivational interviewing. Organized and led 12 virtual cooking classes with up to 11 participants each. Presented 5 educational sessions as part of a wellness series, averaging 30-50 attendees. Co-presented virtual nutrition education and cooking presentation to Texas Comptrollers (approx. 100 attendees). Developed nutrition educational content (handouts, bulletin boards, blogs) for university-wide use.

Food 4 Success LLC

As a student intern Kelci assisted a private practice Licensed and registered dietitian in 75+ hours of  client counseling,  dietary charting, medical nutrition therapy, graphic design, marketing,  blog posts and program content development

Texas State University

​As a teaching assistant to a nutrition professor Kelci functioned as a liaison between 290 students and the professor. Additionally, Kelci provided support by maintaining grade-book items, creating assignments and proctoring exams. 

Bechtel Corp

​Keici  worked independently to code and coordinate personnel records for over 10,000 employees to maintain HIPPA compliance. This work facilitated easy document retrieval through internal company records management systems. Kelci earned a on-the-spot recognition award for for “exceeding expectations”, “excellent work ethics and excellent team player".

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society

Kelci bilingually served over 1000 volunteer hours towards her local community in Rota, Spain.  She managed the entire thrift store operations and collaborated with the leadership team for promotions and advertising. Some of her accomplishments included doubling the work force, streamlining inventory rotations, and increasing revenue by $7,000 for fiscal year 2014.. President Obama awarded Kelci the Presidential Gold Volunteer Service Award for her achievements and bettering Naval Station Rota.

Lubrication Engineers INC

Kelci provided consistent leadership and training to 3+ employees. As a reliability specialist she consistently maintained and served as a liaison for  over 200 multinational contracts. During Kelci's time in this fast paced environments she helped to streamline ancillary product ordering, delivering and invoicing. Improvements in these specific areas facilitated multi-thousand dollar revenue increases.
